CloudStack 4.13.1.0 download

I am reading the documentation for 4.13.1.0 and the repository is 
pointing to 4.11, is this correct?

gpgcheck=0 I also tried to change it to 4.13.13.1.0 but it's not working 
another question, do I need to use systemvmtemplate-4.11.3-kvm.qcow2.bz2 
with 4.13.1.0 or can I use a recent qcow file? thank you for yout help.
