Hi Rahul,

you can not change the account/owner of any resource except the VM (and
it's volumes).

When a VM is stopped, there will be a button (last one in the UI) to
"Assing Instance to Another Account" - this requires that you have created
VPC and related/required networks by the destination/new account - and when
assigning the VM to this new account, you will be asked to choose the
destination network for that VM.

Sometimes in the past, this was known to fail - but in recent ACS versions,
afaik, it works just fine.
Please test thoroughly anyway.
