Hi Nicolas AFAIK in these situations ESXi will raise a question about detaching iso from VM. I have faced with similar problem in this issue: https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/issues/4808 I got the same error in vCenter. Before waiting for timeout, if you click on the refresh button in the top right corner of the web gui, you can see an unanswered question is raised for the VM. Regards
