Hi Kalil, Can you check the config setting 'capacity.skipcounting.hours ', which is the wait time before releasing the VM resources. The setting 'host.reservation.release.period' is the time interval to check and release the host reservations, but the resources are not released until the duration specified through 'capacity.skipcounting.hours' setting after VM is stopped.
