Is it possible to configure CS to not count running VMs in the Core count ?
We have changed the global configuration but we are still limited but instances that are powered off. An an example:- We have 80 Instances deployed. The host has 96 Cores. 50% of the instances are not powered on but we are getting the insufficient capacity error.
