Hi, My suggestion for you is to restore your cloudstack: - remove this version - drop the db - install the previous version - restore the db
If you did any changes to hypervisors, restore the changes. After you're back to the previous version, test it, see if everything is fine, after this you can create another backup and follow the upgrade documentation.
