Hi David, Can you check if your ssvm is UP and your ssvm has connectivity to the Internet? Are you able to register any other template? Maybe you can delete the failed/timed out template and re-register it or destroy the ssvm and try again after your ssvm is Up again.

To complete the upgrade to 4.15, I manualy changed os type for systemvm template in DB. But why...???
