I've found the problem, it wasn't a bug. It was a configuration issue.

I'm using 2 management servers with 2 database servers (HA) and HAProxy to
load balance access. My second management server was configured with an
error so it couldn't connect correctly with the database. When I created
some virtual machines I was probably using the second management server
because HAProxy selected it. So, when accessing the web interface as ROOT
admin I couldn't see resource usage values changing for the Account because
some data in the database wasn't being updated.

After correct configuration I can see usage information for all the
accounts, including those linked to LDAP groups.
