There is a better way for this.

1. MAAS for PXE on bare metal management.

2. Rancher for Kubernetes on top of MAAS provisioned Ubuntu machines.

3. We still miss the VM provisioning and exploring Harvester images to be
loaded to MAAS.

That would be a much better solution than cloudstack in my opinion.
