Ashish,
please add more information:
What are the versions of ACS and hypervisor you are using?
What is the sequence of commands you perform to achieve your goals?
What are the output and logs at the time?

As a general note, you don't add an NFS share as a disk but as a
storage and ACS creates disks on it.
