Quick question and clarification on my side. For projects, I know they have their own resource limit settings. But is this limit technically set by the domain? So, for example, if the domain has a limit of 20 CPUs, and the project, in that domain, has 40 CPUs as a limit, will it stop the creation of a compute node in the project if they hit the 20 limit or the 40 limit?
