Cloudstack Version: 4.18.1 Here are the steps to reproduce. 1. Add LXC Hypervisor 2. Ubuntu LXC Template created using https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CLOUDSTACK/LXC+Template+creation 3. tar created and Added to Cloudstack 4.
