I want to add to Simon's answer that also linstor storage plugin supports live 
snapshots and not only NFS storage.

Hi Fariborz,

The setting must be : kvm.vmstoragesnapshot.enabled. In case you are looking 
for volume snapshots: kvm.snapshot.enabled .
