Hi Alex,

It seems the issue happened in the VR deployment (not user VM).
The base image file of systemvm template may not exist on the storage. You
can check it on the xen host.

If so, you can manually remove the records in the database , and then retry.
select * from template_spool_ref where local_path =
'44b911df-3138-414b-9604-e7254372ad9b' or install_path =
'44b911df-3138-414b-9604-e7254372ad9b';
