ApacheCloudstack 4.19
KVM host Almalinux8 with 2 network interfaces.
cloudbr0 on local net 192.168.100.0/24 configured as 192.168.16
cloudbr1 on public internet AAA.BBB.CCC.160/28 no address configured.
In zone creating wizard i fill:
Management trafic configured on Physical Network 1 cloudbr0
192.168.100.201-220 gw 192.168.100.200
Storage trafic not defined
Guest trafic configured on Physical Network 2 cloudbr1
AAA.BBB.CCC.162-174 gw AAA.BBB.CCC.161
When start creating zone, on "Creating guest Network" short time shows
errormesage
"Something went wrong; please correct the following:
Provider VirtualRouter is either not enabled or doesn't support service
Dhcp in physical network id=201"
and coninue creating zone.
When "Adding Host" show mesage:
"Something went wrong; please correct the following:
Could not add host at [http://192.168.100.16] with zone [1], pod [1] and
cluster [1] due to: [ can't setup agent, due to
com.cloud.utils.exception.CloudRuntimeException: Skipping host
192.168.100.16 because 71edff65-f159-3797-8642-34424fe1823d is already
in the database for resource

At the end, the panel shows that the host has been created.
Wen i manualy enable zone, automatically starts consoleproxy and
secondarystoragevm, but public internet not accessible.
ssvm-check.sh says no error, but uable access public gw.
Please help where is the problem?
If create zone withot Security groups, all works, no problem.
