There is no need any more to install software on XenServer or XCP-ng to get it 
integrated into Cloudstack. Just add the pool and Cloudstack will copy some 
files to all hosts.

because the links are all dead. So does it still require this ? or a management 
agent installed like kvm? 

there is nothing clear in the documents
