Hi Ricardo,

Can you try logging into your control node using:
ssh -i /var/cloudstack/management/.ssh/id_rsa -p 2222 cloud@<public IP>

If you've used an ssh key, pass the key that's associated with the cluster 
instead of the Management server's private key.

Once logged in, can you check  status of the deploy-kube-system service using:
systemctl status deploy-kube-system

You may also be able to debug the issue further by checking the daemon.log file 
in the control node

Is the public IP of CKS cluster reachable from the mgmt server ?

as far as I know, in some users' environment, the public IPs and
private IPs are mutually unreachable.
