@gjosh91 Yes that document is not upto date but the common troubleshooting steps remains the same mostly. In your installation you should get the agent in the system VMs connected to the management server on port 8250. You can check the '/var/log/cloud.log' in the System VMs and management-server.log for any error during the connection attempts. You should also check for port 8250 accessibility on management server from the system VMs. Make sure the global configuration parameter 'host' has a value that points to the management server IP/hostname.
