Cannot start VM: Service SecurityGroup is not supported in the network id

Hi,

i cannot launch new VMs (after Cloudstack upgrades...).
Anybody could help to understand, why "SecurityGroup is not supported" 
error happens in logs, when starting a vm?

web UI error: Command failed due to Internal Server Error

the actual error: 2024-11-12 19:05:03,629 DEBUG [c.c.n.NetworkModelImpl]

SecurityGroup is not supported in the network id=536

If i stop existing machine, I cannot start it.
