Hi @weizhouapache, after a few I was able to bypass the encryption but I'm now stuck as I'm not understanding how to retrieve the VNC password for a VM. I see that are encrypted in the database but I can't find a way to decrypt them following the docs (https://docs.cloudstack.apache.org/en/latest/installguide/encryption.html) and looks like the VNC default password implemented on libvirt configuration is not used.
