@ManuFe If you have followed the guides you linked, then you should've seeded the template already, it was the [Prepare the System VM Template](https://docs.cloudstack.apache.org/en/4.20.0.0/installguide/management-server/index.html#prepare-the-system-vm-template) step. I have never worked with edge zones, your problem may be there. @DaanHoogland @rohityadavcloud do you know if edge zones require further configuration to operate?
