Hello, @tdtmusic2 I believe that currently there is no backup solution integrated with ACS that allows file extraction. I am working on a new native backup provider (i.e. no need for external plugins) for KVM that may be used with file-based storages (NFS, SharedMountPoint, Local storage) that will allow file extraction. However, this feature is still under development and might take a while to be complete.
