This creates failures for live migrations between cluster hosts. Documentation here https://docs.cloudstack.apache.org/en/latest/installguide/hypervisor/kvm.html is correct, stating that Ubuntu 20.04 and newer should use the option LIBVIRTD_ARGS="--listen".
