Possible problem with the files on download.cloudstack.org

Hi:

Just for the heck of it, I went to the download site to see if the new 
packages are there yet.  Forgive me if this is intentional.

Looking at the 4.20.1 packages, they all show "noarch" instead of 
x86_64.  This prevents updating via dnf (on CentOS 9).

Of course, if this is a method to "time" the release, then feel free to 
ignore this all.
