Shared Network Advanced Zone - Error 431 Invalid IP address cannot parse

### problem

Error 431 Invalid IP address cannot parse.

I was trying to add a Share network on the advanced Zone as root admin.

No logs indicting other wise the error 431.

It is a /64 global IP.
I did try with Brackets, without brackets, completing with Zeros, Completing
with Zeros without brackets.
Same error.

Additional questions if you are kind to respond:
- Shared network is per Domain or it is per zone, I found both on the
documentation.
- To operate, Does Shared network used solely the Public IP VLAN ? and for
Private IP, and I have to use NAT at the Gateway?

### versions

Cloudstack 4.20.0.0
EVPN VXLAN with Advanced Zone

### The steps to reproduce the bug

1. Create a Network Offering with No VLAN,
2. Attempting Adding the Shared network with IPV4 and IPv6
3. Error 431
...

### What to do about it?

Is there a work around, Or something I am not adding properly, or some special
notation for the IPv6.

Thank you very much
