to be honest, no. I do some network trouble shooting once in a while so I can give some clues but am not an expert. What you need to check is routing tables for the VR and for the hosts. the route from the VM to the VR on the other host is not found but the one to the VR on the local host is found. As @pcfriek1987 asked (in https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/discussions/11236#discussioncomment-13845797) are you using vlans? this might be why the traffic is not routed. I do not know a lot about trunking, but you need your hosts to pass all possible configured vlans to each other. It sounds like you have a problem with that.
