Fairborz, Can you be more precise about what you are trying to do to resolve your problem. I understand the issue but not what setting you have increased and by what interface. I am looking at a newer version and I cannot find such a setting in the code. The 46 / 46 just means that the host has 46 VMs allocated and all are running.
