creation error
@Hossein4185 In the latest logs we see that the Virtual Router associated with
the network of the VM is failing to start , we see a stop was issued as below

This can happen due to various reasons. Please check the status of the host
esxi03.pvcl.afracloud.local to see if it is UP or has any issues.
Also, send the full managemenet server log as we need this to trace the
complete logs for the VM start job. Full log will help us determine why VR
start is failing
