Yes that is what I did. But my setup is a single cloudbr0 for all traffic type, so my configuration looks like the screenshot below. I guess if you have a single brigde and a single hypervisror type, there is no need to tag. But the additional of the correct tag should not cause the network offering to disappear during network creation. But one thing I couldn't understand is I am only able to change the tag of the entire physical network, not for each hypervisor label.
