@KreVet-Ka , the problem is that there is an entry in the jobs table that says that another instance of the user service has planned a job, which crashed without completing. look in the `cloud_usage.usage_job` to clear any ongoing/planned jobs before starting your usage server. EDIT: installation order shouldn’t matter.
