Hi @shakibshalim74 ! Public IP Limits apply only to public networks. IP addresses in shared networks are, not a public IPs; they are shared IPs. Currently, CloudStack does not have any limits for shared IPs (technically, addresses in shared networks can be local network IPs and not necessarily public). I previously have discussion about this here: #10129. If you need this functionality, it might make sense to open a feature request maybe.
