@muthukrishnang1100 seems your CloudStack management server is co-located on the same KVM hosts you’re fencing, while you’re testing Host HA/VM HA together. **When you power off a host, you may also be impacting management/DB connectivity, which can skew HA actions**. As a next step, Please separate the management server (and DB) onto a dedicated node/VM, keep KVM hosts only as agents, and then re-test VM HA only.
