I just applied the change and it worked as a charm - CS is up! :)
Make sure to upgrade virtual routers ASAP after the upgrade as deployment
of instances will be unavailable until then.

Thank you Wei for the help! I was a bit off cloudstack development last
year and I see a lot of new features!
Can't wait to go on exploration ;)
