GitHub user KreVet-Ka closed a discussion: set.host.down.to.maintenance does not work when host goes Down
Dear CloudStack Community, I’m testing the set.host.down.to.maintenance configuration, but it doesn’t seem to work. My test: I disable the network interface on a KVM host. The host goes to the DOWN state as expected. However, after enabling the network interfaces, the host automatically returns to the ENABLED state. As I understand, this configuration is supposed to put the host into MAINTENANCE instead of automatically enabling it. Has anyone tested this? I’d appreciate any guidance or tips on what I might be doing wrong. Thanks!
