@arpanbht , in my experience the `Application context not found for module 
definition [xxxxxxxx]` errors can mean two things;
1. the software did not install successfully (try re-installing) or
2. the DB scheme did not fully upgrade an a previous start. (try and find SQL 
errors in the start-up sequence) NOTE that a fresh installation also goes 
through the upgrade sequence.

as I read through your messages, the prior is more likely
