Guest traffic (VMs)

My question is can we directly give our private ip(10.29.80.x) during VPC
creation?
And create network tiers inside that VPC, and create VMs and it gets an
10.29.80.x IPs, so i can directly access all like ssh, internet and all.

and normally for the VMs gets guest IPs when we create an VPC we give
guest(dummy) network, this is i am not use our environment this is just an
guest network inside the cloustack, understood?

Or we do the second one and create VMs and get guest network ip and we want
other like ssh and other things we need to aquire new public ip in cloudstack
for that public traffic and after we port forwarding and and all others to
access?

Please explain?

My question is how we directly create an VMs using my private IPs? not an dummy
(guest network)?
