I removed all tags on one cluster host (pool). And System VM started running on it. Can anyone explain why this is happening please? After all, the cluster hosts have tags, but the System VM still starts up on them. Template: systemvm-xenserver-4.22.0-x86_64 and System Offerings: System Offering For Secondary Storage VM, System Offering For Console Proxy don't have tags.
