HI Joann
This the issue I recently faced. Our customer was not able to set the 100GBps for the network offering, So as a workaround we Network Rate in Service Offering can be left Empty in the "Network offerings" [image: image.png] We modified the vm.network.throttling.rate" and "network.throttling.rate" to be set as 100000 and restarted the Management Server and created a new network On the Hypervisor the speeds were set as we desired. Please remember this only a workaround, with this setting, with each Network offering, we have to set the Network Rate.
