Thank you for your collaboration on this post, @DRDAVIDBANNER. This discussion started when I began testing Incremental Instance Snapshots and realized that many variables were interacting and affecting the results. I tried to map out which features should be prioritized and which ones should be avoided because they conflict with others. For example, the `rootdiskcontroller` setting and the combination of internal and external snapshots are just a couple of cases. I will share my recommendations soon based on the points we have discussed so far.
