GitHub user nickaccuweb added a comment to the discussion: NAS in Primary Storage is not coming out of maintenance mode
@LuciFer80-lab, >From the screenshots, it looks like CloudStack is unable to start the VM while >cancelling maintenance mode, and the VM migration is also failing. I would suggest checking the following: 1. NAS Connectivity: Make sure the NAS storage is accessible from all KVM hosts and has sufficient free space. 2. Primary Storage Status: Check whether the storage is showing as Up or Maintenance in CloudStack. 3. VM Migration: Confirm that the destination primary storage is accessible, has enough space, and supports the VM's disk requirements. 4. CloudStack Logs: Check the management server and KVM agent logs for the exact reason behind the VM startup and migration failures. Since you have important VMs on this storage, I would recommend avoiding any forced storage removal or VM restarts until the issue is identified. Could you please confirm your CloudStack version, hypervisor (KVM/VMware), NAS storage type (NFS/iSCSI), and whether the affected VMs are currently running or stopped? Also, please share the relevant error logs so we can suggest the next steps. https://docs.cloudstack.apache.org/en/4.22.0.0/adminguide/storage.html Regards, Nick R AccuWeb.Cloud GitHub link: https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/discussions/14440#discussioncomment-19198823 ---- This is an automatically sent email for [email protected].
