Just a slight off-topic, but relevant for the general "least surprise"
treatment of the overall cluster configuration, which would ideally
be one of the objectives under user experience umbrella.

Pacemaker allows various temporal values be encoded with the time unit
determining suffix (but unlike RGManager, doesn't allow compound
expressions with multiple scalar+unit pairs adding up).

Which somewhat backs the above expectation is valid.
