Believe it or not, we're not terribly far away from starting the next
release cycle -- hopefully before the end of the year. So, it's time to
start rounding up the significant changes. :)

One helpful new feature is the ability to run guest nodes and bundles
in clusters that use sbd for fencing.

Previously, the cluster would require that sbd be configured inside the
guest or container, which is not practical or desirable, since the
cluster "fences" them by restarting their resource.

Now, the cluster will skip the sbd requirements for guest nodes and
bundles, allowing them to work properly (with no loss of safety).
