There are a few ideas about your issue, I hope it was helpful.
1. 10-30min is a bit long, I think neither the cluster nor the drbd itself
will react so long.
2.After the drbd is manually connected, the drbd will be disconnected again in
10-30 minutes.
You can delete the configured DRBD resource and manually connect the DRBD
resource to observe
the situation. If it is still disconnected, it is the problem of drbd
itself; Otherwise, it may be a
cluster problem.
