In that case I suggest you trying using the Lucene search Engine.
That is what I use when I am looking for answers to cooon.

I don't think i have to, because setting transaction isolation level should
be enough for what you described.

I asked for some pattern, solution tested Cocoon2 (what components? actions?
how?)
