NOTE - I think the Wiki text storage is not XML and so does not lend itself to conversion to PDF.
However, I have pointed out on the Wiki before that printing options are now easy to create in JSPwiki (look the source site for options) and I have readily added this to our own local wiki site. So, no, this is not rocket science. The issue with side scrolling is a separate one and relates, I think, to people wrapping long, non-breaking strings in text boxes.
