Remember, you have to have administrator-level rights to the NT/2K box in order to install Tomcat as a service. Other than that, it's a cakewalk.

Of course, I use tomcat as nt service in one of my projects but I can't
give you more information because the setup wasn't my job.
Have a look at the tomcat docs (http://jakarta.apache.org/tomcat) and if
you can't find the answers you are looking for ask on their users list.
