Thanks. I discovered later yesterday (after sending this email) that
Netbeans had a problem also. 

And I can't have my money back from Cocoon. It's priceless.

Aha!  I predict that if you upgrade to a newer release of the JDK your 
javadocs will magically appear.  If I'm wrong, you can have your money 
back. ;)
