Wait a minute, there have been very few times in the life of cocoon in cvs that the build failed. There is something else wrong. Can you back up and explain how you obtained the source, and how you were building?

I have no other versions of rhino anywhere on my machine. Can someone

If you are new to cocoon why not use the "pretty stable" 2.0.4. Looking
at cocoon-dev list it appears that 2.1.1 was built last week in the
absense of a key resource and may be a little unstable - rhino is
mentioned. Look at:
