Building cocoon: where are block descriptions?

Hello,   I want to build a minimal cocoon application by excluding blocks in the local.blocks.properties before building. But I need to know what functionality does each block provide, in order to evaluate if I need it. This may be a stupid question, but I cannot find a document describing each of the blocks listed in blocks.properties. Does anyone have a clue?   Thanks for your help…   Javier Ramos
