yes, change your web.xml to point to a different cocoon.xconf and change
your cocoon.xconf to point to a different sitemap

unfortunately, there's no way to use an environment varible to specify
sitemap location, so it'll have to be the same on all your servers, and
probably hardcoded.  :(
